FYIE Boutiques, FYIE and Find Your Inner Empress LLC receive many requests throughout the year. To ensure each request receives fair consideration, all donation requests must be submitted using the form below.


Requests are reviewed monthly based on our annual community giving budget, so please leave ample time for review when submitting. Note submission of this form does not guarantee a donation.
