Return & Exchange Policy
At FYIE Boutiques, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit under the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility
Eligible merchandise may be returned within: 14 days of in-store purchase, or
14 days from receipt of shipped merchandise
Returns are eligible for: Exchange, or Store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment unless required by law.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FYIE is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
